A second copy of a mug design I’ve already made — yours, or one you’ve seen and would like the same of. There’s no design work to pay for a second time, so it costs less than a new one.

How it works

Tell me where you ordered the first one and roughly when. A date and the trail is usually enough for me to find it — the order number is ideal but not needed.
I come back once to confirm it’s the right design.
It goes to print. No proof round, because the design already exists.

Before you order

I keep designs on file for three years. Older than that, or a design I never made, and this isn’t the right product — ask me first.

If the first order wasn’t yours, I need the first customer’s go-ahead before this can be printed. That’s their design as much as it is a product.

Designed in France and printed in the EU, the US or Canada — whichever is closest to you.

Quantity

Ordering more than one? Several keepsakes go in one order, with the same photo or a different one for each. Posting them together usually costs much less than posting them separately.

I accept the Terms & Conditions.

I accept that there is no refund or cancellation once the design work has started, and none at all once the design has gone to print.

I understand that if the first order was not mine, I need the first customer's go-ahead before this can be printed.

Made-to-order products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Before the design work starts, either of us can still call it off - an email is enough. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise incorrect: in such cases it will of course be put right.

A design I already have on file, so there is no design work to wait for. I come back to you once to confirm it is the right one, then it goes to print.
