Ornaments are ceramic, printed on both sides via sublimation (the artwork is fused into the surface), and finished with a gold cord.
Sublimation makes the print highly resistant to surface wear and minor scratches and stable under normal indoor light. For the best long-term colour, avoid prolonged direct sunlight (e.g., window displays) and rough abrasion. Treated with ordinary care, they’re keepsakes made to last.
Getting your keepsake ready to print usually takes 2 to 6 business days, then printing and post. These are usual times, not a guaranteed arrival date.

On the day you order, changes are still possible — get in touch straight away. After that the order has gone to production. Made-to-order items aren’t returnable unless there’s a print or transit issue. If something arrives damaged or misprinted, send clear photos within 7 days and it will be put right.
