Getting your keepsake ready to print usually takes 2 to 6 business days, then printing and post. These are usual times, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Both mugs and ornaments are high-quality ceramic and printed via sublimation, which bonds the artwork permanently into the surface.
- Mugs: Built for everyday use; normal dishwasher and microwave use is fine.
- Ornaments: Also sublimated and very durable. They’re keepsakes—not meant for microwaves or dishwashers—but with ordinary care they’ll last for decades.
It’s calculated at checkout by location and item. Mixed orders (e.g., a mug and an ornament) may ship separately and show separate shipping.
Within 24 hours of ordering, changes are still possible: get in touch. After that, nothing can be changed. Made-to-order items are made to your specification and are not returnable unless there’s a print or transit issue.
